TASTY INSECTS

Cockroaches: Some say that cockroaches taste just the way you’d expect them to: like dirt. But they can be very tasty if they have been fed the right diet of fruit and vegetables, in which case their flavor is like a mix of chicken and chips.

 Grasshoppers:
These little buggers are everywhere and perhaps that is the reason they are the most prevalent creepy crawly to eat. They have an extremely impartial flavor, which is the reason they are ideal for curries and panfry.

Locusts :
Locusts are known not entire scenes into infertile badlands, yet individuals appear to have turned the table on them and made them their supper. They have an aftertaste like sunflower seeds, blended with a clue of prawn and chicken schnitzel.

 Tarantulas :
Tarantulas are particularly mainstream in Cambodia, where there is an entire town devoted to reproducing them. They are covered in sugar, garlic and salt and after that broiled in oil till the outside is decent and firm yet the inside stays delicate and gooey.

 Bamboo Worms:
This worm is the hatch-lings of the Grass Moth, which eats its way through bamboo before pupating. One searing later they taste simply like the mainstream Lays chips, in spite of the fact that they are in fact less really looking.

Water bugs:
These are massive critters, eaten whole and preferably fried with spices or steamed. They taste salty and fruity.
